First, let’s define what the word “effect” means:

Effect  is a noun that can also be used as a verb. It means a change that occurred.

The Tamara Effect is when a person has made changes to some aspect of their life as a direct result of my personal influence on them.  

For example, some women that I have met throughout my life had insecurities about their hair or makeup.  Once they had the chance to observe how I handled those areas of my life and with my personal encouragement, they made brave changes to their hair or makeup.  

This is what my family and friends have called the Tamara Effect.

I will be discussing how you can deploy the Tamara Effect in my upcoming podcasts.
